Custom thermoplastic injection molding

Lewis Plastics has been a supplier of injection molded thermoplastic parts since 1969. Our long time experience with a wide variety of raw materials, our comprehensive understanding of how part design relates to molding parameters & limitations, and our solid tooling expertise allows us to effectively utilize every advantage that the injection molding process has to offer.

We work with standard materials such as ABS and polypropylene as well as engineering grade materials such as Ryton and Ultem. We offer conventional molding within a wide range of horizontal presses (55 to 1460 ton), as well as insert molding utilizing three vertical rotary presses ranging from 120 to 220 ton.

Robotics/automation is also available for a portion of our presses.
